6 months of the Level 1 course. For those who want to
refine their understanding of posture, breathing and
relaxation.

Ongoing class that introduces the regular practice of
inversions and backbends. For students with a home practice
and an understanding of how to work with their individual
needs.

Level 2-3
Ongoing class that introduces more advanced poses. For
students with a home practice and an understanding of
how to work with their individual needs.

Level 4
Ongoing class for students with a solid practice of
Level 2-3 postures. Emphasis on refining the integration
of mind, breath and body and the cultivation of one-pointed
(ekagrata) mindfulness in the postures. If you're new
to the studio, please request permission of instructor
prior to class.
