For more than 30 years the Minneapolis Yoga Workshop has been dedicated to bringing
you the liberating teachings of yoga in all its facets.The
Workshop was started in 1979 by studio director William Prottengeier.
Our mission is to support others in developing
conscious, nonviolent and compassionate lives. By integrating the body, breath and mind
through yoga postures, deep relaxation and meditation, we provide the tools and skills to open hearts, discover self-care, and improve well-being.
